    Hello!
I thought you didn’t want to use a massage gun on the flexor side because you could easily irritate the median nerve. Is it fine because of the gun head that you are using?

Unless the median nerve is chronically irritated or you have nerve damage there that shouldn’t be an issue. In the case of true carpal tunnel where the median nerve is compressed at the carpal tunnel you should avoid further compressing that space but these techniques with the massage gun focus on the forearm musculature which get tight due to overuse. If you are experiencing numbness and tingling though from using the massage gun, it’s worth speaking to a physical therapist to determine where the nerve is being entrapped.
