SIMPLE ROUTINE FOR GAMING HEALTH & FOCUS – 7 MINUTE WALKTHROUGH

PREVENT INJURIES, IMPROVE FOCUS AND IMPROVE POSTURE IN GAMING

Hey guys!

This is an older walkthrough I haven’t posted yet but is a great full body routine you can perform as a great warm-up for your gaming session. It aims to help you with three things

  1. Improved focus with increased overall bloodflow
  2. General Injury Prevention through dynamic warm-up
  3. Postural Muscle Maintenance with Anti-sit muscle exercises

What’s great about this routine is that you can do it right in front of your computer at your chair as I mention in the beginning of the video. If you adopt this as a regular habit you will likely notice the overall increase of energy you have during your sessions. This is often found with those who exercise regularly. For me it is about helping you guys begin to adopt healthy habits and if it means starting with a daily 7 minute routine then hey. I’m happy with that.
