EXTRA THOUGHTS WITH EXERCISES

For all of the exercises you are going to be doing 3×12, 2-3x/day. Sounds like alot huh? If you can’t handle that its okay to do a little less 1-2x/day. Make sure you pay attention to how you are feeling to ensure you aren’t overworking or irritating your tissues! The best time to perform the exercises are 1-2 hours ASIDE from when you are going to play (or perform alot of hand manipulation activities) as you do not want to fatigue your muscles before you play. So this means you can perform it in the morning, in the afternoon or even at night but just make sure you aren’t doing it close to when you are going to play
