

This sequence of exercises targets the small muscles in your hand.
First-Two Finger Stretch: 2 Sets of 20 seconds
Curl your all of your fingers. Use your other hand and grab the first two fingers (index/middle). Pull back on the fingers until you feel a stretch in the palm of the hand.
Last-Two Finger Stretch: 2 Sets of 20 seconds
Curl your all of your fingers. Use your other hand and grab the last two fingers (ring/pinky). Pull back on the fingers until you feel a stretch in the palm of the hand.
Finger Spread Stretching: 1 Set of 20 Seconds each
Spread your fingers and use your other hand to pull your fingers apart until you feel a stretch between the fingers. Start between your index and middle and move toward your pinky until you stretch each “web” once.
