WRIST EXTENSOR INJURY PREVENTION GUIDE


If you have pain on the back of your hand, wrist or forearm, this is a great place to start. The wrist extensors are a group of muscles on the back side of the hand and forearm. They are responsible for moving the wrist backwards.  

Pain often occurs when these muscles are irritated. These are some exercises that can help.
