1. Fill out a Fitness request form

Help us understand more about where you are and what your goals are!


2. Set up a 1:1 evaluation session

After filling out the treatment request form, we will review the details of your case and upon approval (we can only take so many cases due to our schedule) we will send you a schedule request. Sign up for the time that works out best for you!


3. Start your Fitness journey

We meet during our scheduled time and you begin your journey towards better fitness! We’ll cover a number of things, including:

  1. Your fitness experience to date
  2. Your goals and expectations
  3. Your available resources, including time commitments
  4. How we’ll begin and progress your fitness programming

4. Keep Making progress!

We require a commitment of at least 1 month at any tier to provide you with your programming. This lets us assess your form, determine what’s working and what isn’t, and make the changes you need to keep progressing.


5. Help us help others

Share your story and journey towards a better fitness! This not only helps you see your progress, it helps others in the community to understand how they can play more and hurt less. 


How much does it cost?

See the pricing listed above! It is $100 for an evaluation, and between $75-300/month for ongoing management depending on the frequency with which you want to meet with your trainer. You'll also be able to contact them via Discord or email for quick questions at no additional cost.

Our fitness professionals can help with a variety of goals, including:

Do I have to lift weights for this program?

Your program will be tailored to fit you. If your goals involve increasing strength or losing weight, strength training will be a part of your program--but that strength training could involve free weights, machines, bands, or bodyweight, depending on what best fits you and your goals. Your trainer will help you determine the best path forward for you.

How long does it take to see results?

Everyone’s favorite answer – it depends. This is because every case is different! What we can tell you is that you will likely notice a positive change in the first 2-3 weeks. We often feel stronger from consistent exercise during the first couple of weeks due to changes in our neuromuscular system. We assess progress in a variety of ways, including weight, body fat percentage, body measurements, lift tracking, range of motion, and more, depending on your goals and programming.

When can I get started?

At present, we have 4 personal trainers on staff to provide fitness services. Clients will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. If at any point there are too many clients for us to take on new ones, we will update this page to reflect that and notify interested individuals that they are on a waitlist.

Does my location matter?

Nope. We are able to provide fitness training to anyone around the world! 🙂
